TriStateRunnur builds new message board
RAWLINGS, Md., Dec. 3 – Get your discussion on!
Now you can on the new TriStateRunnur.com message board. It’s the second attempt at administering an online forum for coaches, runners and friends of running.
Website creator Darrell Cavey said monitoring such a board can take a lot of time and effort. However, he’s been convinced there is a need for an independent message board after fielding multiple requests from coaches and runners across the state of Maryland and West Virginia.
As in the past, anyone who wishes to post must register either through a “handle,” or online identity connected to an e-mail address. The handle can be a person’s real name but that is not mandatory.
Categories will be added and organized as demand requires. At first, though, several areas of discussion will be establishing including one each on those about running clubs and groups in the area from Bedford, Pa., to Romney, W.Va., and from Frederick to Oakland and points further west.
Cavey said the new TSR message board will be “one-stop shopping” for regional runners and coaches alike looking for information on races, runners and courses in the Tri-State region.
