Posted March 27th, 2011 09:16 AM IP Yes, I'm actually talking about Curling. Has anyone ever done it before? I just had my first official experience yesterday at the Detroit Curling Club in Ferndale. It was a ton of fun and I'm sore as hell. There's a reason why all those Curlers you see on TV are skinny and in shape. But overall, it was a really fun experience. If you haven't done it, I'd suggest doing it at least once. Who's on first? Yes, the butcher's name is Who.

Posted March 28th, 2011 01:52 PM IP I've curled for about eight years now and I love it. It's a different sort of active, but it's a good way to get out and active during the winter. Laid back, fun and you can make it a solid work out when it gets a bit more competitive. Plus you get to drink before, after and during if you want.
I play twice a week and love it, just finishing up on Tuesday for the season actually. Leave it to one of the Canadians to be the curler. I hope we have diplomatic relations with the country that ball lands in.
