Posted March 6th, 2012 02:12 PM IP No surprise, as I'm sure Maggs is soon to follow:

Too bad he didn't end it in Detroit so the fans could say goodbye. He was a great Tiger, one of the best deals DD pulled off in his tenure, a big part of the Tiger turnaround and a class act.
Plus, there was this:
Eliminating that Yankee odor since 2006!

Posted March 6th, 2012 02:37 PM IP Not surprised, but sad nonetheless that he couldn't go out on his own terms. Always loved Guillen, he was a class act and a great Tiger. I hope we have diplomatic relations with the country that ball lands in.

Posted March 6th, 2012 09:00 PM IP I was at the game last year when he purposely showed up Weaver after he disrespected Maggs earlier and I have to say I love how Carlos stood up for his teammate. A perfect example of what a great teammate he was along with never bitching likes some people when he became displaced. Krotchy's release was long overdue. He should have been cut about six years ago, comepletely out of baseball by now, and where he belongs bagging groceries at a Krogers.

Posted March 6th, 2012 09:02 PM IP And on another note I would also like to point out that with Carlos gone from Detroit this year sales of chewing tobacco have gone in the toilet in the metro Detroit area
. Krotchy's release was long overdue. He should have been cut about six years ago, comepletely out of baseball by now, and where he belongs bagging groceries at a Krogers.
