Appropriate picture for today.

They flat out need something to get the offense going. For all the hubub about Prince and our llineup, they totally suck right now and we're wasting some outstanding efforts by our starters.

Eliminating that Yankee odor since 2006!

What an ugly win. You are right this offense cannot continue to struggle like this. Prince and Miggy need to drive in runs. Can't believe all the base runners the Tigers are leaving on base. Shoot 1 of our 3 came on a walked batter, not even a hit! This is getting so frustrating to watch. Is it wrong for me to be kinda scared heading into this series with the Sox?

Well, Miggy did drive in a couple yesterday. Prince is in some sort of slump though. He's got zero protection right now, but even still he's been bad at the dish. He'll come out of it though. Boesch appears to be hitting better lately, which is great news.

Great game for JV, hopefully the callous doesn't slow him down and is just the annoyance he said it will be for a bit. Had to get that split and our ace was the stopper... and our bullpen held it together.

I hope we have diplomatic relations with the country that ball lands in.
