Anyone had any dealings with a company called One Call?
I think I've been ripped off big style with the beggars.

I have dealt with One Quote for car insurance, not sure if they are affiliated.
What's happened, flange?

They say insurance is subject to them receiving numerous documents, which I've now sent 3 times, and have had email confirmation saying they've received them.
I keep getting letters saying they are waiting for documents. Then yesterday got a recorded letter saying my insurance was void from this coming Monday as they hadn't received my documents! They are bad at answering phone, and when you do get through call is hung up.
I think I'm going to have to get other insurance while this is being resolved, having already paid up front. Having a look at moneysupermarket site they seem to be doing this to lots of folk.

I can but only after I let One Call deal with my complaint.
I need insurance by Monday so am going to have to go elsewhere methinks, then hope I can get dosh back from these cowboys.

Well it doesn't sound like they are dealing with it. What a pain in the arse!
I hope you haven't paid them too much. You should report them to Watchdog.

Few hundred out of pocket. Now need to find the dosh to pay another mob.

Direct debit.
I managed to get through on phone, they said I am insured and had sent another letter out yesterday, not sure if I believe them.
