If the only things you have to say are of a derogatory manner then just keep it zipped, you just make yourself look bitter and twisted.
You may not be interested yourself but most people like to give a person a congrats or a pat on the back when they have been promoted and judging by other threads on here and various announcements regarding other events most people are friendly or caring enough to do this, you it seems would rather spit on them.

It's not that difficult. I once set up my own company which was admittedly very limited (in fact I considered changing the name to Very Limited). I closed it when I returned to permanent employment.
