......Is a genetic thing, according to new published research. Apparently a new gene has been discovered. Any thought's?
Everyone is talking about the closing ceremony at the Olympics and what was their favourite bit.
I just spoke to Nick Griffin, his favourite bit is today when they all fcuk off back home.

I think I comfort eat to some extent, like after a rubbish day at work but if i'm really down or upset i can't eat at all.
my worst thing is boredom eating...i can eat loads if i don't have something to distract me.

I'm guessing many women comfort eat when it is the 'time of the month' as well ie chocolate etc.

yes, but it should be dark green leafy veg, eg Spinach.

I absolutely love food at any time, but tend to snack a lot more when I am watching telly.
