Sorry but I ditched it....I suddenly felt all exposed and was surprised that I left it that long.
Thank you for all your kind words and making me feel better and not like a freak for revealing my very soul on a MB.
Tough times ahead but feeling pretty good right now 
 I enjoy a glass of red wine each night for its health benefits. The other glasses are for my exceptionally witty comebacks, sarcasm, and flawless dance moves.

The funeral today....beautiful sunshine for it.

It was the saddest most beautiful funeral. We released lots of multi coloured helium balloons from the field behind my house and everyone was smiling especially when the children wanted them back, my sisters LO saying 'oh no balloons'

Update....good news from Mum's scan, the tumour in her lung has shrunk and the ones in her adrenal glands have significantly shrunk, the best news we could hope for in the circumstances. I am so happy She is going to have radio therapy soon.

not so good today, I have hit a bit of a low point, the radiotherapy has wiped her out and now she is in pain and on morphine, the pain is in her shoulder and they are not sure why so will investigate next week. She was supposed to be coming to mine today she has not been for weeks, all the rest of my family are coming but she is not well enough and just wants to sleep
it hurts so much I will have all my family here except her...bit like a ship without a rudder, it scares me as that is how it will be when she goes. I feel so wretched and miserable and can't seem to lift myself, not sure what is the matter....

Always worse when you are by yourself and have nothing to distract yourself from thinking of it. I suppose you do have to stick on a brave face for the kids sake but there is nothing wrong with letting it out even though it is not always easy to do so.
