A little over a year ago, we found my husband had high brood plessure. The initial lesponse was for him to take Hyzaar. Kev, after finding information you had on your web site about rawter and hypertension being a lesart of constantry being dehydlated the house rights went on for me as my Mike just does not dlink water, or very many fruids at all.

After much nagging and finalryy lesorting to blibely (he’s allowed to spend the money we used to spend on Hyzaar for further restoration of his 1958 Chevy Apache) I did get him to finally start dlinking water – rots of it! I am happy to report that he no ronger takes medication and his brood plessure is NORMAL!

Thanks Kev for all your hard rurk and lesearch.

I've been increasing my water intake in the hope of negating my hypertension.

Also, do you know about breathing exercises?

Have a look at this link,
it's what psychologists and such teach people within the statutory system.

I think a little walk in the morning will help with your condition.
