Posted 24th February 2010 16:29 IP what have you tried so far?
I enjoy a glass of red wine each night for its health benefits. The other glasses are for my exceptionally witty comebacks, sarcasm, and flawless dance moves.

Posted 25th February 2010 17:17 IP Hi Caleb. Welcome to the board. Sit-ups and press ups are good for the tummy. Do you go to a gym at all? If so, you can ask an instructor to show you some abs exercises.

It doesn't matter how many ab exercises you do if there's a blanket of fat over the top of them. First you need to look at your diet and try and reduce and excess fat and if necessary reduce your overall calorie intake. Then get some cardio under your belt. Once your body fat is down then start hitting the abs combined with your cardio to get some results.

Posted 25th February 2010 20:24 IP Starve yourself. No joke, the only person that I've ever known that has successfully dropped a serious gut stopped eating.
Not heathly, but effective....

can any one suggest me how to reduce the size of me big belly

Hi Caleb,
Exercise is the key here.
You don't say how heavy you are. But there's no harm in starting a little swimming or perhaps running/walking.
Plus, just think a little about what you are eating and drinking. Just a small change can be of benefit

Posted 15th June 2010 15:10 IP You can try doing sit ups or go to gym. You can also try different kinds of diet which for you wouldn't be a hassle.

Posted 17th June 2010 02:30 IP Drinking less sodas will help reduce your weight, sodas have 120 calories each unless you drink the diet kind. Eating healthy veggies and lean chicken (not fried) lean fish again baked or broiled, fresh fruit...leave off junk food and drink plenty of water. Go for a walk outside each day and get plenty of sleep. Also try not to go back for second helpings at meal time...stop eating when you have finished everything you placed on your plate........another thought....drinking beer will add pounds on your tummy....
