I found out that the coat that Tony bought me from Matalan last week is a size 10 not a size 12 like we thought although it fits me perfectly (I'm usually a size 14) so am very happy that I am finally noticing the weight loss
if I had brain I'd be dangerous!!!!!

It's good when you feel like your effort is paying off. I had to get weighed at doctors today and the nurse told me I'd lost about 10lbs since the last appointment a year ago.
