2 holidays and a weekend away booked
I enjoy a glass of red wine each night for its health benefits. The other glasses are for my exceptionally witty comebacks, sarcasm, and flawless dance moves.

Getting over my cold!
My life was in tatters because of my

The possibly slightly dodgy algae supplements I've ordered turned up much quicker than I thought they would.

It tends to be not the supplements that are dodgy but the companies offering them.

You think you're ordering a free sample (for which you pay only post & packing), but you're actually signing up for a full course of the tablets at ridiculously high prices. Thanks to the p&p charge, they have your credit-card details, and they'll use them.

I'm sure that you know all this already.

Ain't they used to clean fish tanks? Why not just lick a fish?

Oh it's not one of those, don't worry.

It's just that they are relatively new to the market so there isn't much in the way of independent reviews etc as to whether they actually work.
The algae is meant to have high levels of an amino acid which increases dopamine levels.

I doubt it.

I admit to being daft -- how could I do otherwise? -- but even my gullibility has its limits.

Went to the dentist today and found that the tooth whitening treatment I wanted was on a special offer, saved about 200 on the normal price.

I know a song that mentions one of those, too, but it's not the sort of song that you mention in polite company.
