I'm trying to figure this out? Where in my entire life have I heard "Star Wars" analogies to football? Never ever in my life.... NOTHING LIKE SHOWING YOUR TRUE INNER MOST GEEK!

Seen Galion, Orriville, and Genoa all play. Not to continue the war, but Genoa would have beaten Galion and nearly beat Orrville despite 3 TO's and costly penalties. They are very talented. Orrville played a heck of a game while Genoa did not. Can't be perfect everytime out. Let it go. It's over. You all are making this site look stupid with all this BS "he said, she said" crap. Move on to next season please.

And I rarely agree with how Vogel presents himself on here, but he's 100% correct when he says that Genoa would roll on Galion. And by no means am I taking anything away from Coach Hawkins and his program and what they accomplished.

Also, FWIW, as the playoffs were getting underway, I do think Vogel stated that Orrville was the only team in the region that was capable of giving Genoa a competitive game. So in respects he was correct there.

OMG, who said that Genoa wouldn't beat Galion? You guys act as if Vogel said Genoa would beat Galion and we all said it's not true.

Please don't support him in a debate that never took place. This is what makes any conversation on NOSF so frustrating.

Vogel makes a point that is completely irrelevant. The people being attacked with insults poke some fun back at Vogel, then people come to his defense in regards to a fantasy debate that never took place.

Vogel has called us "cowards", "losers", "idiots", etc.... for about 2 years now. I think he's earned the level of respect he gets.

Never said he doesn't deserve the treatment and reception he receives. Not once.

I've never once come to Vogel's defense on here at any point before. In fact he and I have gotten into it on a few serarate instances. Not recently, but a year or two ago. I don't know the man personally. It's not like secretly he and I are boys in reality. So please do not sit there and act like I'm his swing man.

You just have a distain of him etched in your mind that's not going to be changed. And I don't necessarily disagree with his popularity level being the way it is. But you guys act like if someone agrees with Vogel that it makes them a bad person.

I'm just simply giving a few props where I feel as due. While everyone else was polishing up Genoa's state championship trophy while Vogel said that Orrville was the only team that could keep it competitive with Genoa. That is a fact, not a fantasy debate. Everything else is pure speculation that can be based off of supporting facts.

It would be great if vogel could understand the differences among his statistics, his opinions, and facts. I appreciate the statistics he brings to the forum. They can be interesting and informative. But if he wants to make claims about his statistics, then he should do some analysis and give some sort of confidence level or likelihood something will happen based on the statistics. That will give the information some credibility.

Of course, it can certainly help if he did (among many others on the NOSF) did not act childish with the name calling.
