any predictions? I think SE will contend, NR and Calvert are solid, and St Joe always is good.

NRBJ, I talked to Calvert's previous golf coach Scott Brickner and this is what I heard.. could be totally hit and miss. The coach told her he was going to leave because he didn't want to make her nervous going into the sudden death hole. Brickner said something about the coach stating he was going to go back to Tiffin to check on the boys? She went into sudden death for the final spot, shot a par and made it to Columbus but the OHSAA is under review about the coach leaving during the tournament and leaving Steiner alone. My heart is out there for that girl whether she makes it or not.. She has to be an emotional wreck right now. Lets hope she's not DQ'd

It definately is a shame about Steiner as it is her senior year. Calvert is appealing but I don't know how that will go. It is too bad that since coach made mistake that just the school take the penalty.

If anyone knows results of MAL in regional today, please post. Good luck Seneca East, Calvert, New Riegel, and St Joe.

Read the Advertiser-Tribune article then. I'm going purely off of what Brickner told me at the Calvert-Mohawk volleyball game.

Congratulations to Jarron Theis from SE making it to State. MAL golfers from St Joe and St Wendlin made it, too. Way to go! Enjoy the experience.
