Posted December 2nd, 2011 11:08 AM IP Now that this league will begin play in 2014, it will be interesting to see how the rest of the domino's fall.
Also, with this $100,000 fine for leaving within 10 years, who gets that money? I hope they don't vote in the old NCC commissioner who obviously doesn't understand what is best interest for the league that you are the leader of!
Champions are made in the off-season.

Posted December 2nd, 2011 11:52 AM IP I hope they do as he knows how to look out for what is best for the majority of league members.
The only beneficiaries of the NCC were Ontario, Galion and Upper that got to pick on itty bitty schools that they were 2 to 3 times bigger than.
Galion, Upper and Ontario should be ashamed, deeply ashamed that they thought it was cool to pick on such tiny schools. Shame on them.

ONE MORE TIME FOR DUMB VOGEL
ALL 8 NCC schools wooed Galion and Upper to leave the NOL. ALL 8 NCC schools wanted Galion and Upper in the NCC. ALL 8 NCC schools voted in favor of Galion and Upper joining the NCC. ALL 8 NCC schools voted in favor of a Big School, Small School Division set up. Before the first game was played CC, BC and Wynford were working the phone boards to break up the NCC that they voted for.
They LIED!! The reason they voted for and convinced other small schools to vote in favor of Upper and Galion was so they wouldn't look bad leaving just Ontario and Lucas. This way they had an excuse to leave the NCC. 13

Keep telling yourself that.
I was the one that said the NCC wouldn't last because of the humongous size differential. YOU, yes YOU said the NCC was the greatest thing since sliced bread.
I know what I'm talking about, you just spout off with no knowledge of anything.
Your school just liked picking on itty bitty schools. Your school needs to SHUT UP and MAN UP. Stop whining like a little baby because those itty bitty schools you were picking on said enough is enough. Grow a pair and join a league with schools your size.

Posted December 2nd, 2011 11:02 PM IP guess what? this league/conference shake-up is never going to end. no matter what clause you put in or how "stable" a league is. it will never end, it will eventually ruin hs sports, if it hasnt already.
If you can put down $100.00 right now and tell me a league (outside of the N10) that will have the same members 5 years from now that they have today. I will hand deliver my $100.00 to you when its proven twitter- @sjcctrack

Vogel LIES again. What Vogel REALLY said was that the NCC would implode due to school consolidations. WF NEVER EVER said "The NCC was the greatest thing since sliced bread."
LIES LIES LIES
Willard must have had interest in playing itty bitty schools when they came to the NCC arm in arm with Loudonville.

Posted December 3rd, 2011 08:55 AM IP Seneca East got its first taste of what's going to be like in the N10 in a few years. Colonel Crawford handed it to them on the hardwood. If Seneca East (and Carey and Mohawk for that matter) thinks it's going to be easier fofr them to compete for league titles in this new conference, they are all in for a rude awakening. According to the newspaper accounts, a "commitment to form" the league is the only thing signed as of now. The 100k deal, roundrobin scedules, etc. will be worked out at a meeting(s) later in the month when the new league"s constitution is written and voted on. They may or may not be included, contrary to what has been reported on here by some.

at Vogel. Willard and Loudonville went hand in hand to a NCC meeting where they were told in secrecy that the NCC was soon to cease to exist as it is today. 13

Posted December 5th, 2011 08:59 PM IP Why are galion and ontario ppl so pissed off about this league? Is it because they can no longer play crestline, riverdale, and lucas and might now have to play schools their own size or what? I am really struggling to figure out why they care so much...I mean it's done and over with. The schools in the NTAC have moved on. Prolly a little unethical as to how it all came about, but nothing can be done about it now so why the never ending b*&^%$ about it? Prolly should take the energy you are putting into complaining about this and start looking for other's to join your league. The past is the past...time to move on!!!! Welcome to Poopville!!!
