SJCC at Bettsville
Calvert at North Baltimore
Carey at Lakota
Hopewell Loudon at Mohawk
St. Wendelin at New Riegel
Seneca East at Old Fort

I would say Seneca East at Old Fort is the most intriguing game of the MAL slate this week.

any thoughts on any of these games?

I would agree with you sjcctrack, the only other game even worth considering would be Hopewell at Mohawk?

Negative. Best one looks to be Lake at Old Fort or New Riegel at Van Buren. Both will be total blowouts too. Van Buren is not the Van Buren of old.

saw their score from last night, they played toe to toe with Colonel Crawford most of the way, but one bad quarter did them in. CC absolutely blew out Seneca East.

Wow! Surprised by that Old Fort score! Perhaps they are better than we all think? North Baltimore is just BAD! The rest of them are pretty much what I expected. What is with Hopewell's offense? They can't get anything going yet.

Anyone who thought or still thinks that SE is any good needs to see them play. With the injurys they have and 0 depth they will be at the bottom in the MAL. Hopewell's slow down tempo won't win them many games. Calvert, NR and Carey seem to be front runners. However, could be a BIG shake up in one of those three teams roster.

Don't leave us hanging triple threat....which team is headed for a shake-up, my guess is Carey as they usually do not get through a season without some sort of controversy

Nobody of the top 4 will have any major shakeups on their roster, all of them played last night except for Calvert, and they played full strength on Thursday night.

Rumors again on the NOSF.......when do they stop

Calvert DID NOT play at full strength Thursday night at NB. If you look in the box score it is pretty easy to figure out who was the key player for Calvert that was missing. He didn't even make it to the game. Again, Behind The Arc talking out of his "be-hind".

Ritzler? Really, thats a MAJOR shakeup on a stacked roster for a team who is going to be just fine if he don't play? You'd have thunk Warnament, Nielson, and Frank were gone. One kid is not a MAJOR shakeup.

Besides, we all saw how the Fry thing turned out at Calvert, one game and he would be back if its a violation of team or school rules. Maybe Calvert would extend it to a game and a half.

Is the kid out for multiple games or the season or what? Not a roster shake up but with a team that really only goes 6 deep it would be a bit of a blow as he was playing well early on. But as Behind the Arc said it si Calvert so it is doubtful he will be penalized much more than a game or two

So this is how stuff gets blown way out of proportion. I don't think there's any reason to get your panties in a bunch.

Nobody's are in a bunch, just talking about how typical it would be of Calvert IF, AND ONLY IF, it were some sort of major discipline issue that the kid would miss like a game or two. They only have St joe this week so they may try and stretch it an extra game or so. Besides, until someone ACTUALLY states FACTS as to what happened, its pretty much hearsay and whatever it is is a one game deal, which apparently was served last week. End of story I suppose.

I'll leave the ACTUAL announcement of the FACTS as to what happened to someone who really gives a hoot about it. When that's done, I'm pretty sure even this hasty Calvert rumor-mongering judge-and-jury crowd will determine the punishment met the crime.

Triple Threat, my point is that it's not a MAJOR shakeup like you stated earlier when a kid misses a game and it was the game he missed the bus for....LOL. Like I said, he'll play tomorrow night against Fostoria and then again Friday against St Joe. I will let you know cause I will be at the Calvert game tomorrow night.

This just in, Ritzler was late to his 5th period class and it's going to be a MAJOR shakeup on this lineup for the game......Oh brother, it never ends. When someone says a MAJOR shakeup, it usually implies for an extended amount of time, not one game or two.

It's one thing to miss the bus - things like that happen. It's another thing to just go home and not make an effort to get yourself over to the game. (I'll have to take another look - maybe there IS an "I" in TEAM.) But as was said - this is Calvert. Maybe a slap on the wrist and a few laps after practice and all will be forgiven.
Grab a brew. Don't cost nothin.
