I like that format...Willard has done a few triple-headers this year too.

Yep, that's right.

Sounds reasonable, but wonder why the change? Maybe to keep travel costs down or something.

tonights main event.

Huron 47 Bellevue 29... Tigers defense was very good tonight not allowing Bellevue into the paint... Bellevue had i believe 7 field goals for the game..
Cody and Kyle did a fine job on Jalen.. Casey a strong offensive game and solid on the boards...

well it doesnt keep the cost down as in most cases the frosh are on a seperate bus. what it does do is

One less night the gym is occupied

allows parents to see each of their kids play
if thats an issue.

and helps teams who split time with kids on the frosh and jv teams..

Huron now at 8-4 on the season. A big week ahead as they host SMCC on Thursday and Perkins on Saturday.

Huron also has 2 tough non-conference games left on the schedule (Norwalk and Sandusky).

I think we've won a few over the years from the Streaks. Could be a good matchup this year with Sandusky.

Huron beat Sandusky for the first time ever in the 2005-06 season, TJ James' last year at Sandusky. That is the night where TJ infamously threw a chair at his office window and left a big crack. Given it was only January, it was easy for most to assume it would be his last year as coach at Sandusky and it was.

Huron also won the game in 2009-10. Sandusky has won the rest ... I believe 20 or so meetings give or take.

Ummmm huron beat sandusky in the 80s and pretty sure once or twice in the 90s. We used to play them twice a season. Also have a video from the 60s where huron upset heavy favorite sandusky and there was couple teamms early 70s I think pulled the trick

Maybe it was since they started playing again sometime in the 90s ... but your your boy DA from the Register had it in one of his old stories about them being 0-10 against them at the time that's where I found it.
