Posted January 17th, 2012 06:46 AM IP Injured my back before Christmas (OJI) . Meds relieved the back pain but now my sciatic nerve is killing me. Dr. has me on some NSAIDS and I have been doing some pelvic tilts and other stretches which have helped some. Any more suggestions? Always a student, sometimes a teacher

Posted January 17th, 2012 12:04 PM IP Have the same problem on and off. If you access to a hot tub, then do some stretching once your in it. If not, then take a 10 minute hot soak in the bath tub and then do some stretching right after you get out. I also use some rub on cold/hot balm and it helps. Actually, the very best thing on top of these is just walking. Take care, hope these help. Evil succeeds when good men do nothing!

Posted January 17th, 2012 03:11 PM IP I had been going through serious back pain the last 6 months, up until a couple of months ago. My wife put me in Flexcin with CM8.
Flexcin w/CM8
It takes a few weeks to really start seeing the difference, but it has provided a DRAMATIC improvement!

Posted February 1st, 2012 09:31 AM IP If it still hurts find some one who knows how to "pop" your hips. After a back injury last year the neve pain had me all but crippled.Old dude at church laid me on the floor and popped both hips, made for a interesting service ! -felt just like if you pulled your finger to crack it.Then REAL bedrest.
Note: He is a retired physical therapist.
Back pain makes you walk out of line -walking out of line jams up you hips -they pinch nerve -poping/pulling the hip slightly out of socket relives pressure and allows them to 'fall' back in place -then real rest to let the ligaments retighten in the correct position the hips Rooster
