Body building isn't everything...its just that being small, weak and puny really sucks!

Stats: Age 46, Hgt 6', Wgt 180 lbs

PR: Squat 245lbs, Bench 225lbs, Press 150lbs, T-bar row 165lbs, Deal lift 245lbs

Any one used these before I have and like them only thing is a recurring lumber injury slows me upmwith Imget a few reps going any advice

I've used and like them both. I do the push up version more than the squats personally.

If they bother you there are a lot of other versions of each to try...
