Yeah. In order for everything to come up in an OBD2 reader they tell us to drive aorund 60 miles, 1 hour or a full day of driving depending on how far you go. Id try again today

The guy that inspected my car said the samething. He told me to drive for like around 50 miles then bring it back.

Not everything is gonna be "ready" after 15 mins of driving. That's how they found out you recently reseted because some will still be "incomplete"

stock ecu, I believe its obd2?

it says "this vehicle failed the MIL/CEL test due to failure to successfully complete all OBD self tests.

are you using an obd1 ecu? on my si when i was still obd2 i reset the ecu while waiting to get smogged and still passed, never heard of the 'recent reset' thing
