Go to the link to 'My Account' at the top of the page, then click 'Profile', and look in the 'Optional Information(All information will be viewable by other users)' section, and see the box titled 'Avatar'? Put a picture's URL in there that you want to display under your username. The size restriction is 100x100 pixels.
