Howdy All,
I just found a new Bob Nolan site. It was created by his grandson Calin Coburn. A very good site about Bob and the SOP. Lots of pictures, music and information.
The site is www.bobnolan-sop.net
I'm sure all SOP fans will enjoy the site.
Happy Trails all

I visited the site also and agree it is a wonderful site. It has losts of history of the SOP and Roy and Dale as well. I really enjoyed the filmography section. I saw lots of pictures I had not seen in the past. What a pleasure to view a wonderful past of our favorite stars.
Thanks Vagasrocky for finding the site and sharing with all. |

Other than Dale, I can think of no other person that I love to hear singing with Roy except Bob Nolan accompanied with Sons Of The Pioneers.....something about the way the voices of RR and Bob Nolan blend together.......sounds awesome! |

We are given many "treasures" in life and reading is one of them; so much knowledge can be learned from reading.....and when reading about a subject that one likes, it is even more rewarding! |

No one ever sang The Touch of God's Hand like Bob did. |

I love listening to The Touch of God's Hand from their first recording of it and then hearing it as Bob sang it on The Sound of a Pioneer-his last solo album. |

Was Bob Nolan or any other of the Sons of the Pioneers (besides Tim Spencer) Christians? |

Bob was, I know. I don't think Pat Brady or Hugh Farr were Christains, which is really sad, especially since they must have been exposed to the gospel frequently after Roy and Dale were saved. |

Okay, thanks yellowrose13! I saw some of Bob's songs that talked about God on the lyrics page, and I was wondering. |
