If I spend longer than 5 minutes editing the HTML on my board, when I hit preview or save changes it tells me........"Please login using the link on your board"
I am logged in so whats the problem?
Also the real pisser about that is all your changes are gone and you have to go back in and start over.
Anybody else? |

I can't say what the problem is with the system but I do know that before I hit the save button, for anything including posts, I copy and paste the text into an email or word pad in case there is a problem. |

I've noticed this too. I believe there is some sort of time out thing when in the CP. It's happened to me, even long before the templates were added. |

I know what is wrong....................
Ok lets say you are the admin of another board and you went into the admin CP but you forgot to log out of the CP you just closed it.........and went to your admin CP.........it will not work
Or lets say you have both CPs open and you try to change one. It will not work. YOu have to make sure you log out of the last CP you were in then go into your CP............
The PM section does this to. But only if one of your tabs are in another forums(exco) PM section and you are trying to change stuff in yout CP.........
When leaving a CP always hit the log out button |

good points there Gary. But what I have noticed is, if your in the CP for a long time tinkering with the board, it will sign you out regardless. Then you have to reopn the CP and start all over again. Easy enough to work around tho.
I know about the thing having to boards. Thats why I dont work on both on the same day.lol. |

that happened to me...but what i do now is press "View" so it loads and the time starts all over. :) |
