Topic: Changing the color of the scroll bar
July 12th, 2006 12:56 PM
DIVA6371 Recently, I saw how the scroll bar color can be changed to blend with the rest of a board instead of what's set up on your windows default.

Thought this was an amazing addition.

How can we do that?

I searched prior to asking the question, got tons of hits for it....but nothing that seemed to help.

As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!!!

sdn Styling scrollbars is not supported in Mozilla/Firefox and can be disabled in Opera. The only browser it's guaranteed to work in is IE6+. That's no reason not to use it, though.

hockeyfanforum I use a colored scrollbar on my board, and those who can't see it(ones who use Firefox) didn't know it was there until I mentioned it. :p

Catchow When you code a board, I have found that it is best to view it using several different browsers for just that reason.
