I have been contacted by five members, who are not prolific posters but they do post, and they cannot log on as
"we couldnt verify your user name and password" now if it was one person I would think forgot password but not five.
Any suggestions please. |

Someone told me that if you will set their names to verify and then save. Then go back and reset the names to registered, that it often will help. I haven't tried this myself. Another thing is to tell them to request their passwords. Also check their ips against the ban list just in case it is similar. |
