Nappyme Hello everyone!

I was just browsing a thread on my forum and noticed that one of my member's information is coming up like this under her avatar...

Now this particular member registered April 18th and has four posts. I've checked the control panel and everything appears to be fine.... soooo what could be causing this, and does anyone know what the fix is?

sdn If her avatar shows up normally and she's logged in, it might just be a temporary issue.

hello Nappyme, please lt me ask a question or two;

(1) is your board adjusted so that only Registered Members may post?

(2) have you e-mailed this individual to see if they'e experienced any access problems to your board?

Nappyme ^^^Yeah... you miss read the question but that's ok because I just went back and checked and all the information under her avatar is showing up as it should... like this:
