Even though there are other things called GCW (my site name) would it still be ok to put this: "©2004 GCW. GCW is a registered trademark of Global Championship Wrestling, Inc. All rights reserved. GCW is not responsible for any false accusations, false information or false distribution of information in any way. GCW is in no way associated with World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. TNA, Inc. or any of their sponsors. As long as it really is a registered trademark you will be fine. Copyright law is very tricky. Especially when it comes to copyrighted names. |

the only copyright you own in a site is the text. but te text is all made by exco, so the copyright you own is the posts. so but something like "Content © TNA"..
irt Koga_Wolf_Demon~

TK: you can get around that. If it's not a registered trademark but you still want to it to be protected, label it with a ™ (alt+0153).
