Without it, chances are people would post like made and you would have loads of fun deleting hundreds of spammed posts. |

i really do not like this flood posting thing...it annoys me....and is a very big deterrnt for me to continue using this board...i would like some way to take it off...there should be an option to have it or not |

i dont understand how it can cause issues...can you explain it?? like if you put it as an option to have flood posting like in the feature settings so each individual board can choose if they want it....i am a fast typer...and im sure there are others who type fast too.... |

.. as the guys above stated, it could cause problems for the server & possible spamming could become a major issue without flood control.
Just try to respect that it is there to protect the user. |

..... also, if you do have a 'fast paced' interaction with another member of your forum, maybe try adding a chat link/window to work with your typing speeds? |

i understand why its there and its for protection of memebers....but if its set up to where you have the option to have it....like whether you choose to be invisible or not...im really not tying to be pushy...but im a super fast typer

If you look at our board, we have a button at the top called "Chatbox" ... initially, we used the Saybox or Shoutbox chat utility, but now have returned to using Chatzy.
You can put a simple link on your forum, to allow you to chat with other members, as there will be no limit to the speed of messages between anyone currently in chat. |

I also am a fast typer but I would rather have the 60 second rule then to have to go through and delete the spam stuff as well! |
