go to your control panel, forum admin, and check that you ONLY,have admins/moderators/supermods ticked, nothing else..... that can only post/view into that forum... if you wish it to remain a private forum,
also make sure you dont have it ticked to archive.... or they will be able to view archives on that forum.....

I already checked that babes, and it is for admins only and yet he/she was able to quote an admins post !! the settings are for admins only and no archives |

I have just received a telephone call from a friend, she has told me she has received a package through the post which has been sent annonimously and in the package is the entire contents, topics plus posts of the admin panel....... so obviously they have een in the admin and printed the contents off so beware they can get in !!! |
