ISA_Coder in regards to my comment yesterday about how AGQ/ZSL move really fast, i just did a SUPER fast scalp on AGQ in at 220.00, out at 220.51, total hold time less than 30 seconds, made about .23%, just do this 4 times a day, get 1% per day, done and done.

I put in the buy limit order and IMMEDIATELY put in the sell limit order, hit very quickly.

the quick volidity makes this technique possible

but then i know what everyone is going to ask....what happens when you buy it and it shoots down 1% and never hits your sell limit....well, like i've said before, we all should always have a sell stop in place, perhaps a conditional order, sell at .25% above buy price or 1% below buy price, i can see how this can get icky like all strategies

ISA_Coder just did another one on AGQ, in at 218.30, out at 219.05, total hold time 2 min 40 sec, made about .34%, this is kind of addicting

I quit, I'm going back to a diversified portfolio with good equity selection.

i only did those 2 scalps b/c of work, makes me want to quit so i can actually watch this all day which is what i would need to do to be successful at it.

ISA_Coder I have a feeling tho that this volatility will not last and that sooner or later AGQ/ZSL will become boring just like FAS/FAZ has become, only time will tell

BullDog Bought GE and F recently, up about 1.5% in a couple of days. Should I sell or should I hold?

No, today was a good day since I just held FAS, but I think the benefit of having 1000s of stocks to choose from outweighs just trying to master an ETF pair. I dunno. I go back and forth.

Chasing after too many stocks could also be detrimental. Not sure.

ISA: I agree about AGQ/ ZSL becoming boring eventually
