I like beat battles as much as the next person, but I've always thought battles in general, can create a sort of artificial environment for showcasing talent. When done right it can be amazing, and capture a fleeting moment, when done wrong it can be kind of boring.
That being said this is kind of insane. It seems to be the same set up as any battle....except it's a bunch of graphic designers battling it out in front of a life audience. Next Level!!!

I thought you were going to post a picture of yourself and we all photoshop battle super-impose you to make it embarrassing.
At least that's what they used to do on the undergroundhiphop.com forums...
