I used to collect LDD's bigtime, a completist at one point, but I quit, and I just have a handful of favourites left, and a few I'm selling.
Otherwise, I collect Horror DVD's (among some other genres I guess), Metal CD's, OOAK Horror Dolls (Dark Creations, Bastet among others), Books (From Poetry, to horror, to drama to biographies), and some other bits.
I'm not so much addicted to anything these days, I just like a bunch of things. The wallet wouldn't allow a completist style addiction these days. haha.

I would collect loads of stuff if i had the cash, but i don't so i collect:
Living dead dolls - only have a few left that i'm keeping , i sold the rest.

I collect dolls, teddy bears, stuffed animals. I love watching dvd's, so I have quite a few of them too. Also like snow/water globes.

I collect Grim Reaper figures, anything to do with Ozzy Osbourne and skulls!!! Also collect horror movie merchandise especially zombie related.

Yeah man, it is a ton of stuff. something like 60 long boxes full of comics..... still tryin to get my own comic store up and running, only way i'll make much use of all of them ever again. and theres a lot of collectables and sealed toys not displayed in those pics. i'll have to take pictures of my much smaller display area sometime soon.
we met and chatted with Romero at MonsterMania for a while last year. Such an exceedingly cool guy!

I collect LDDs (although I'm in the process of down-sizing massively), CDs and books. I have three Spencer Kiddies and one handmade, Anastasia. I also collect character stuffed toys like Puss in Boots and Donkey, Looney Toons, etc.
I'll have to post pics next time.
