Posted 13-03-2010 07:39 IP Boots simple foam ones. If I hadn't started wearing these about 5 or 6 years ago. I can honestly say I'd not be doing this right now If I hadn't started as the ringing in my years was getting fucking painful.
Too many gigs with a drummer who hit his kit way to hard I'm afraid. I'm here I'm there I'm everywhere....so beware

Posted 16-03-2010 10:47 IP spaceage i got my daughter some 'Hearos' from me local geetar shoppe for when she goes to gigs but she's only 9 and I'm a responsible parent (oy I am) and she says their alright when we were at green day and she wants to go down the front at KISS ;-) might buy her a neck brace as well just incase she starts headbanging but I'm at a loss what to do to protect her hands when she starts throwing up the uber horns and playing air geetar maybe I'll wrap her in a big ball of cotton wool :-) 'Singing from the grave is so very hard to do' JT

Posted 20-03-2010 17:07 IP Fuck me, even the women on here are more manly than me!!
I must've taken a wrong turning, better piss off back to new-wave-ville...
In the end I forgot to take my earplugs to the kiddies disco on the Thekla, but I didn't need them anyway. Sacrilege, I know, but you don't actually have to turn it up to 11... An umlaut's not just for Christmas
