You know.....they keep calling it a 'force field' but really its just a fancy version of the 'star wars' anti-missile systems developed many years passed......fuggin fox and the ten foot fish theyve always caught...

And we have to wonder if the government gets a say-so in the new Virtual Reality headsets from Sony that beam images, sounds, and sensations directly into your brain using Ultrasonic waves.... if so, they could brainwash you while you play Final Fantasy XX.

just as an FYI, the technology they tout as a 'force field' is 90% more of a 'farce field' - ie, propoganda. The real technology is similar to Aegis, in other words, it fires a shitload of fast moving BB's at the incoming missile like a super powered shotgun.
Several MAJOR problems with this technology that they will refuse to see/discuss
1) The BB's are only effective against most missiles unless the BB's are made of depleted uranium (otherwise their penetration is highly limited against hardened rounds) - Depleted Uranium being dispensed into the environment has long term health effects to not only friendly and enemy soldiers, but to civilians, and believe it or not, to people who live thousands of miles away (the pulverized Uranium powder created by impacts becomes airborne and has shown up in detectors in Britain - toxifying the air for hundreds of years, raising cancer rates, and all sorts of fun stuff)
2) The technology is 100% INeffective against armour piercing gun rounds, or any number of other technologies that do not require propelled delivery systems. Plus, the technology is ineffective against ground-based IED's and any attack that 'sneaks in under the radar' - ie the enemy could defeat it by employing tactics that minimize the radar profile of the incoming RPG (Such as shooting at low arcs, or attaching radar reflective materials to the missile's nose cones)
3) It is indescriminate. It will attack any incoming things that are even remotely similar in radar profile to a rocket - ie, a piece of debris, a rock, a piece of aluminum foil adrift in the breeze.
Imagine this scenario - a foil burger wrapper is cast aloft by a desert wind... suddenly this "force field" sprays the street with a shotgun blast of depleted uranium, and shoots a dozen innocent civilians dead in the street.
I hate technology that is developed without forethought or critical review. It ends up as full of holes as the missiles they seek to deflect.
Best solution - you don't want your tanks hit by RPG's? Don't put your tanks where people have them. IE. Get the fuck out of a country where you are unwanted, and your presence is creating oppression.
Better still, just don't create such stupid wars in the first place.

Wow.....I knew it was some stupid crap they were tryin to pull, but I had NO IDEA it was THAT stupid, JESUS ASS LANCING CHRIST, what kind of morons did we elec.....oOoOoOo fucking never mind *face slap* dammit people....THIS is why most nerds spend their lives on computers playing video games or jerkin it to some weird hentai (ORANGES!!! Why not use *cencored*? *cencored* would be extreamly efective against steel based rounds. not to mention that if you atached a t*cencored* to it you could create a relentless lightning bolt. What would happen is that anything metalic that entered it's *cencored* field (ie maybe a rocket or a stupid person with a metalic object on them) would become *cencored*. Now the *cencored* is *cencored*, so what do you think would happen? BOOM struck by lightning. All you would need is a gener....... why am I saying this on the internet....

so anyway you need to get this gener..ic AA battery and put lots of c4 into it so it can.... uh....... make the lighning strike........

You realize that the C4 is simply for cool explosive special effects to hide what the battery powered technology is doing... right?
I mean it is so simple... you create a zero point enegy field that has a spread spectrum at the same resonance frequency as the *removed by the NSA*
