we have a small round water feature ... it is totally full .. right to the rim .. i think the frog/toad that lives there may struggle to get out

and the water butt for the drought is overflowing

there seems to be a lot of this no water about

i know .. there isnt really anyone ..

although i have acknowledged i was stressed and it has been agreed i can drop to a 3 day week ... less pay but hopefully more me time ..

knowing has been decided about who'll take on some of my work .. suspect it will still be me

Don't volunteer to do your work twice as fast, for half the pay.
Not at work means just that.

I remember the April being very warm and dry. I was working as a Census Collector, and it didn't rain for the whole month.

and Broadband, of course.

N is so skint, she switches off her electricity from the mains and uses a torch.
Jackie would get on with her like a house on fire... But I'm definitely keeping those worlds far, far apart.

Jackie phoned me just now, she asked me whether I had been to class today.
I said I had.
She asked "Was that woman there today?"
I said no, she wasn't.
"Hmmm"...
I think it's working!
