so, it's been a while since i've done a race report...
it's been a while since we've had enough to race nearly any class...

don't know what it's gonna take to get the cars and racers back out, we already allow most anything to race...

ok, drag results:

first off, we had nine racers, ten cars... Clint running double duty, one of his, one of mine--- don't know which one was better

racers were: Rickey, Rick Dunn, Eddie Stuebgen, George Poole, Suzie York, Steve York, Clinton McCord, Kevin Grant and David Grant...

the track was fast, or the cars got better as they sat in the boxes this week, i know my stuff was all a tenth faster than i expected, so were a few others' cars...

1st place, Kevin Grant (8 yrs old!) Parma Edge, 69 Camaro, pro slot 16D, "Atomik Punk" built and tuned... (1.03 dial in)

2nd place, David Grant, scratchbuilt vintage rail, front engine body, pro-slot spec 15 motor (left over from 2010 NATS) (1.03 dial in)

3rd place, Eddie Stuebgen, Parma Edge, 41 Willys pickup body ("Silver Dollar" tribute truck) parma 502 16D tuned by "Atomik Punk" racecars (1.18 dial in)

thanks to all the racers, remember our race schedule:

1st Saturday of the month: Drags
2nd Saturday of the month: flexi-cars, including JK 4 1/2" cars, sealed parma 16d's or falcon or hawk motors allowed
3rd Saturday of the month: open (run whatcha brung) *** we are gonna try to race group F cars in July***
4th Saturday of the month: Drags

...Dave

David Grant

I am a bomb technician; if you see me running, please try to keep up!
