I have a member on my forum who hasn't been able to log on for a week or so. He's submitted for a PW reset a few times, but he's not getting the reset email. Is there anything I can do to help him? Is there something someone with more powers can do??? Thanks.

Apparently he can access with his PC, but not his iPhone. That makes no sense to me.

Platforms for the phone and computer are completely different. As for not receiving the password recovery email. Tell the member to log in from their PC and check their email address is correct. Then have them check their email's spam folder to make sure they aren't being filtered.

I verified it's the correct email, and he's not getting anything in his spam, either.
Why would he be able to log in from one, and not the other?
