I run a writing site, excoboard.com/imaginationhasnolimits, and from the getgo, we've had issues with a post limit

As I'm sure you've noticed, each thread is only allowed to have 500 posts. I've unsuccessfully, in the year and a half that I've had this site, tried to find a way to take the limit off. Being that this is a writing site, our threads generally take more than 500 posts to fully complete an idea that we're portraying and end up spilling over into multiple continuation threads.

Is there a solution for this?

I apologize if you'd written about it in the F.A.Q, but I honestly couldn't find it there.

Thank you in advance.

I don't think there's a way to disable the post limit in a thread.
