Hello

Im not receiving email notifications to my email address when a post is made to my forums.

I have activated my email, and enabled notifications, but still not receiving.

Ive made test post and subscribed to threads, and ive made actual post, and even if my visitors to my website, make posts, i still get a notification.

Does anyone else have this problem, or does email notifications work for everyone else and i'm missing something?

Please please please help, others have asked this question and no one has even replied to them.

Steve - Many thanks

Hello,

You said on my boards I'd only get a notification when someone else replies to a thread, but I didn't get any email notification when you did your test replies.

Should I be getting notification when someone adds a new topic also?

I thought i'd get email notifications for both new topics, and replies - of course made by other people.

Please let me know.

Thanks Steve

Make sure at the bottom of the thread you click Subscribe, and then make sure email notifications are turned on.

There isn't a subscribe option to new threads created, only to ones already created.
