I have an open forum, all of my settings are set for everyone to both view and post, and the require login is deactivated, still people that are not members cannot view my forum. It is making me crazy I have checked every setting at least 100 times, there is nothing that should make it be members only. Any help you can give me would be awesome.

I am thinking it maybe a cookie deal beacause it used to be closed, and it seems that most people can view it, it is just a few that can't. I told them to clear their cookies, hopefully that will fix it for the ones having the issue.

I can view it just fine. Tell the ones who can't to either refresh the page, delete cookies, or dump their cache.
