Most of my wishlist seems to have been pretty well covered in early updates, or from the scripts from SDN and various other members here.
But here are a few i would like to see:
1. More Control over the members Profiles, Avatars and Usernames and so fourth.
2. Usergroups, which i have heard could be fouthcoming anyway.
3. which i am asked this alot by my members, a e-mail topic relply, though i seem to have read somewhere is not possible because of the bandwidth it would need.
All in all though i am very very happy with Exoboards, and have recommended them to all the trek sites i am part of

Another thing that might be good to have is an option to make posts not count in some forums. For example, if you want a forum where there will probably be a lot of short posts/spam, you can choose to make posts not count towards your total post count in that forum.

Not a bad idea, i am part of another forum as well, where quarks bar (yes another startrek forum) where basically chat and short answers are the norm there, but since they do not count in the post count then it is accepted

oh one more, in users profiles is showed total post counts. how about if it showed last post date and last sign on date.

i have several, dont know if they are possible but it would rock if they were.
- Chat Room- so members can talk without having to write and wait for ages.
- Subdomains so that the forums are easier to find. e.g. mine could be www.excoboard.com/arkhamasylum2265
or something like that. It makes it much tidier.
-maybe a front page as a welcome to the forum type thing. Just a webpage that is directly connected to the forums
-on the main site have like a feature forum for the month/week and the top ten largest forums. As well as a more accesible forum search.

Your last update pretty much covered everything that i needed. You could add an extra few features though like:
- Shoutbox (you should be able to place it on the all sides of the screen)
- more admin control over the forums (avatar/signiature editing etc.)
- definitely portals
- also keep up the good work boys
When Korea makes and RPG it's just a click and point hack and slash game with inventory and spells

you can already edit avatars and sigs. go into user admin, and click on a name. it gives you the option of clearing their avatars and sigs.

That's called a subdirectory. A subdomain would be arkham.excoboard.com. But it's the same idea.  I actually woudn't mind that, even though I have a domain for my board. It makes the URL look quite a bit tidier.

if they where to make subdomains, then it couldnt be customised i wouldnt think. would have to be like http://boardid.excoboard.com/

If it's just a matter of querying MySQL to get the boardid, then why not get the name of the board instead? In fact it would be even easier to get the board name, because that's set through the form before the MySQL entries are created. And then they could use Perl. Yeah, Perl.

I would really like a chatroom, ive added some to the site that are hosted on other forums but anyone could log onto them, if excoboard made one specifically for their board then only the members of that board could go in, and they would ahve to use their username

I want to see these updates ^^^^^^ plus also....
The online/offline thing everyones talking about under someones name
Different clocks for each member (They could have their own timezone)
and....
You know how you make a post then if you need to edit... you get so many edited by Kats if you edit more than once.. maybe make it only be able to appear once or to say edited by Kat 2 times and also maybe change the delay speed of how long u can make a second post after your first one.
Just my 2 cents.. hehe

Also to the people that want the edit sigs and avatars. We already can. You can delete them. There is not much more you need to do with them.

I don't know if this has been said before but maybe there could be an option in users' profiles that lets users search for all posts by that user.
