Posted April 21st, 2012 12:06 PM IP I've tried to access my board but the system acts like I don't have an account. It keeps sending me to the signup page. I did make some changes to the board and the name might have gotten changed unintentionally. Still the link I have has always worked. I turned cookies on to accept any and all cookies to no avail. How do I get my board back? I have to get to this board I have a meeting tomorrow and this board is the topic. I would be unable to create a new board of the same name I'm guessing so I can't even start over. What could have happened to make this happen?

Posted April 21st, 2012 02:41 PM IP I got in by using a link my browser suggested (Firefox) But I don't know why the link changed in the first place. I've got the name I wanted back. That issue was incidental. My concern is the link changing again. My board is for non-profit who's members need a reliable board.

Posted April 21st, 2012 03:32 PM IP If I were you, i'd bookmark a link to your control panel. That way, in the event that someone makes changes to the custom templates, and you are unable to get to the board itself, at least you could access the CP Have a nice day, Bunk

Posted September 12th, 2012 09:30 PM IP Yesterday my S2 board was having problems, but only for a couple members, today on my S3 board I have one member that can't get into the board. I've sent her the link and all she gets is the Excoboard homepage. If I click on the link it takes me directly to the board so why not my member? Suggestions? I've changed nothing on either of these boards.

Posted September 13th, 2012 04:00 AM IP Backups run at this time likely causing the internal error.
Grumpy, it sounds like a cookie problem. The user should clear their browser cookies. Peter,
