The member is Dawn_P

Is there anything I can post or tell her to do. It would help. Others have had problems as well logging in ~ in the past.

Have the person clear cookies and temp internet files. If this doesn't work. Have her turn down the security settings in Internet Options.

Along side Orpheas's good info, maybe also ask this member if they have recently updated any AV software. It goes without saying, that in order for a session to hold your login details, the system must write back a cookie.

Sometimes, when you update AV protection, you can find that certain cookies are being automatically blocked, hence they don't write back and certain websites won't hold your log in details.

All speculation, as there are a wondrous amount of things to point the finger to on this issue.

All the best,
Siv

After thought ...

...my hunch still leans towards clearing "cookies" or purely any Excoboard related cookie on your system.

Once you reach the log in page, press and hold CTRL, which hitting F5 2-3 times. Some cookies are REAL STUBBURN!!!

All the best,
Siv

I will pm her these suggestions. She has always had problems like this. It just seems to be on her laptop and not her desktop.

Thank you,

Becky
