Chat here about the latest installment of the mario kart series for the Nintendo DS. This game is red hot and looks great!. Im getting it tommorrow!!. This game is also Wi-Fi enabled, letting players go online and play against others via Wireless internet or through a USB cable.

Anyways, I want to get it eventually. I'm not sure yet.

ToS, ToA, or ToV have co-op. Tell your friends and play them. No seriously, playing a Tales game on co-op is much more fun than playing it single player. Experience the awesomeness that is the Tales series!
Currently trying to beat a bunch of unfinished games, ranging from N64/PS1 era to current gen. A certain someone's curse rubbed off on me. Save yourself from the Curse of the Unfinished Video Game!

Just bought this game today and its great!. The Mission mode is really neat too. Overall really nice game and nice new courses.

Ah, I accept your challenge Shade, once I get my own copy. You may pawn me in Mario Kart DS, but I will pawn you in Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, and Mario Kart: Double Dash. I never played Mario Kart Super Circuit, but will pawn you in that too.

I don't know if Nintendo are doing it over there as well but you can play worldwide if you just have a normal broadband connection...you just need a device that plugs into your computer so it can trasmit to you DS...
So you don't even need Wi Fi...

It will certainly be fun. I said to DY that when i get my cable, We can all race. DY and I will be playing from my house. The cable can support up to 5 DS consoles. So practice up!. Will post friend code when i get my cable in this topic. I will only race those that i know from this board and that i know in town.

Please note: I will NOT race against you, if you use snaking. It is a very cheap way of winning! Real racers use the Standard Karts for all characters and don't use snaking.

I just earned my 2nd star today for completing all grand prixs with a 2 star rating or better. Shall i earn the mighty 3 stars? We shall see, That will take quite a bit of practice. But it can be done!.

I received my Nintendo Wifi Usb Cable today and its now up and running!. Now i can play from my basement which is underground, So i can be closer to the computer. I just won a race not that long ago against 3 others under Regional play. They played well, Egg1 is still on the Best Karts for online or normal racing. Check out this Link:http://www.nintendowifi.com has good info for WiFi games and DS releases as well. Check out this site as well, It contains large amounts of info for Mario Kart Games.

I've lately been playing DS a little less often. I still get on Wi-Fi at least every couple days. I just wish it was easier. Call me crazy, but I find it so hard to get just one star on all of the Grand Prixs.
So, I've picked up Mario Kart Super Circuit, and I like it much better than Mario Kart DS. Then again, it plays much like the Super Mario Kart for SNES.

So far on Wifi, I've been meeting some good players and some new ones. And Delfino Square is very popular. DK Pass is seeing more play as well. And just today i played against some player named AC, He was good he gave me a good challenge so i won that race. Then i logged off for a bit and logged back on later, and we met up again under Regional, Other than that Fun races and a good time.

Stars are there just to show off and don't unlock anything. Just there for looks showing other online players that you have accomplished getting 2 stars, Which can be hard at times on some courses. Im glad you are gettting some high ranks sheik, Keep it going!. 8 More wins till i reach 100!.

You find your friend code once you are able to connect to a wi-fi compatible location. Once you do and register your Ds for that location, go under Wi-Fi from the menu and select Friend Code and click on Confirm Code to see it.
