Btw I heard of an Israeli site which provides playback to songs, that way we`ll be able to hear your voice and not Shiri`s at the background - are you interested?

Well... this should be the last vid from shiri... i am searching for another israeli singer... but i dont like them all ^^ I have many suggestions from israeli people... but shiri is the best ;-)
Hmm i think my voice is pretty loud, isnīt it? I made my micro very loud this time...

Shiri is indeed the best, but if you`re looking for a singer with a powerful voice then maybe you should try maya buskila.

Kasara, could you tell us how much time it takes to learn one of Shiri's songs, from start to finish? especially that you don't know hebrew?
It must take days, weeks?
How do you have time for school?

Hmm... well its different. I need some days to learn a hebrew fast song like... kama peamim (i know its a ballad but you have to speak the words very fast) or the bridge from Yoter Tov Lisloach...
But songs like Tohavi Ktzat et atzmech or kshehalchta are easy to learn. I sing them around 4 times then i know the most words and so on...
What do you mean with "how do you have time for school?"

supergirl - i`ve met Shiri plenty times and she knows who I am. that would be a nice duet but as Kathi said it needs to be aranged somehow.
Kathi - good choice, probably the best song in the album, but unfortunately that site doesn`t have the playback for it.

Oron, next time you see Shiri, could you ask her if she is planning to come to Montreal or Toronto?
She's already come to New York, so why won't she also come to Canada?
Anyways I'm actually going to be in Israel in May ( !!!! ) - is there a "ticketmaster" or similar site in Israel where I can find out about shows, Shiri, in Israel?

I just saw in the jpost online that "official" celebrations of Israel's 60th anniversary will be held at Mount Herzl, May 7.
Sorry, this is off-topic; but I don't know where to get any information
Is this "official" celebration for everyone, or do you have to be a VIP?
Where do you get tickets?
If this is not for everyone, is there somewhere I can go to find out about other celebrations "unofficial"?
Will Shiri be performing? Where?

@Supergirl: first of, sorry for the late reply.
Next time i`ll see Shiri you can be certain i`ll be asking her about performances abroad.
I guess it depends in getting her show ordered by the jewish community, cause who else would be interested?
There is no Ticketmaster to find out about shows, but I can provide you details about Shiri`s shows - atm there`s only one show planned and that`s for April, Shiri usually appears in independence day for free on stages around the country.
The celebration you`re talking about is the ceremony which ends the memorial days for the soldiers of the IDF and starts the independence days celebration. tickets for this event are for vip.
I can give you details about the celebrations in which Shiri will appear when it will be available...so stay tuned, i`ll also be more than happy to meet you at the show and also help you meet Shiri (if that would be possible for security reasons).

Maybe you should contact the Israeli culture ministry, or the 60th year celebration commitee, in request for an invitation to one of the official events.
How much time do you plan on staying in Israel? Shiri`s new tour premiere should be on May 15th so you might catch it.

I found Shiri's show on the site!
It's at the "moadon hateatron" - and I read different reviews on google that it is a very large theatre, with a large open area, and NO seats!
Just a few seats around a bar which surrounds the central open area.
Is this true?
It is not a problem for me or my fiance; but my fiance's parents are in their 60's and 70's - I don't think they would be happy to stand for the whole show.
Do you know the theatre? Is it really is an open area with only a few seats available?

I`ve just bought my ticket this morning and I understood (and so you`ll be able to see when you try to order tickets) that we`ll be seated next to tables.
This is the first time i`ll be going to this theatre.

If I buy tickets online, will they deliver the tickets via email?
I finally saw they have an english version of their website, but they don't say how they deliver the tickets.
Oh, about meeting Shiri - I am the only one who knows Shiri; my fiance doesn't know her, and certainly my in-laws (in their 60's and 70's) don't know her.
The show being quite late (10PM, which means the show will probably start even later) - unfortunately I'm pretty sure they won't be interested to hang around after the show to meet Shiri.

They can deliver the tickets by mail but the best option is to pick up the tickets before the show at the theatre club.
If you`re the only one who`s interested in Shiri then why bring everyone to the show? maybe your fiance would be enough...then you`ll be able to meet Shiri and not have to keep your in-laws waiting. i`m sure you`d like doing that, especially when you`re coming from such a distance to see her.

How about by Email (not postal mail)?
My in-laws do want to see israeli shows; the trip is time between us and them, so I wouldn't consider leaving them behind.
