Posted February 10th, 2012 01:19 PM IP For those of you who are not aware of it this is an FYI
The Roy Rogers Show is now on KTV Classic Television.
I watch it on Dish TV. It is on each weeknight and each week-end. Week nights in the evening, 7-10 central time right After Lassie and just before The LOne Ranger.
It is repeated on week-ends along with the other two classic shows but I'm not sure what time because I watch on the week-nights. Steve steve

Posted February 11th, 2012 02:17 PM IP DISH does carry channels you can't get on cable. I don't think very many of the big national cable companies carry that channel, which of course it too bad. Happy Trails Forever

Posted February 17th, 2012 08:43 PM IP I have lots of his movies. I've been watching his TV shows online at hulu.com. It's really great to see them again after all these years. There's also another site that you can view the TV shows. I'm living my Saturdays all over again. Happy Trails to ya!

Posted March 5th, 2012 07:02 AM IP You'd know I have cable. Hopefully, there's a lot of younger generation who'll get to experience Roy and Dale and learn what clean living is. They sure need something other than what's on TV now. Happy Trails to ya!

Posted March 20th, 2012 09:48 PM IP I have been a fan since I was a little girl about 3 years old and I'm now 57. I just found The Roy Rogers Show on that Dish channel KTV the other day, along with Lassie and The Lone Ranger. We have been enjoying the shows the last few nights. I wish they had shows like this out for the kids of today. What wonderful morals they taught us way back when! I'm so happy I can watch them again. It takes me back to those good old days! Posted March 20th, 2012 09:53 PM IP I was so sorry to hear about the museum being closed and everything having to be auctioned off. I wish I was a rich person. I would have bought the whole thing and kept it all together the way it always was. I got to go to the Museum in Victorville years ago and really enjoyed it and the store. The gals in there were so nice. We even got to go see Roy's grave site and then years later came back for another visit after Dale had passed and paid our respects to them once again. I just wish I would have had a chance to meet them. What wonderful people they were! They are truly missed! Spotted Horse

Posted August 8th, 2012 08:33 PM IP I purchased the entire set of the TV shows on E Bay . I have 7 more to go, and I'd have made it thru all 100. Believe it or not, some I remembered. I've really enjoyed them. A few more days, and I can start all over. The other day, I found "Son of Paleface" on DVD. That was a thrill! Happy Trails to ya!

Posted August 13th, 2012 12:50 AM IP There seems to be quite a few channels featuring nostalgia programming. Unfortunately many of them are not carried by the major cable companies. Dish and Direct TV seem to carry more of those type channels, but then there's some major channels like AMC that they don't have. As for cable, I believe their line-up's vary by area. In Philadelphia Comcast gives us Antenna TV and MeTV. They have some great shows including Westerns, but the Roy Rogers Show is not one of them. I bought a set of DVD's online of all the Roy Rogers Show episodes. Unfortunately, i could not get any of the discs to play on my Bluray, a regular DVD player or the DVD drive of my computer. The company I bought them from gave me a full refund, but it was disappointing that they didn't play. I was looking forward to watching them. Happy Trails Forever
