I always have special memories of Roy and Dale on the 4th of July. They were so PATRIOTIC; I will always think of them as the two of the GREATEST AMERICANS to ever walk this Earth.

“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” ~ Winston Churchill

Posted July 19th, 2008 03:23 PM IP I love that song! Does anybody know if there were videos made of any of the other songs on the "Tribute" CD? Hot Heads and Cold Hearts never solved anything.

Posted September 16th, 2009 01:44 PM IP Are the scenes in "Hold on Partner" actually Roy? I assume so, but mistakes do get made and he was about 80 yars old at the time. I'm asking cuz I keep looking at the early movies, trying to see where he does and was not allowed by the studio to do his own stunts. I didn't think it was his body hanging when the train goes under him...Does anyone know if there was a definitive year when all his stunts (except the horse mounts and side riding) were stopped? Or was it an on-again-off-again thing for awhile.

Posted September 21st, 2009 12:20 AM IP Leah B, I have been hunting for other videos of the songs made on the RR Tribute CD
and have come up with nothing. I would have loved to have seen the recording sessions.
