That's for sure! I don't see how anyone could ever say they did that for publicity or something. I come from a big family and I know just how much work kids can be! And all the love and extra care needed for abused children like Sandy and Debbie, or any of the kids---and they must have had to deal with some racism too, with other people. Their family alone is testimony to the size of their hearts.

Their love for kids was bright as a star when performing live at rodeos, etc.

I've always loved the R and D are with kids! It sometimes makes me want to cry!

So many pics of RR/DE are with MANY kids along the parade route or in front of a certain building, etc. Where there was RR/DE; there were kids and when I say kids.....I mean MANY kids! Many are still alive and so remember that Special moment in their lives!

I just watched two RR Shows and they were both wonderful. Both had kids in them and Roy and Dale where SO wonderful with them!!!!
He's the King of the Cowboys, a legend in his time a man who loves his country, where he will always ride! Saddled up on his golden palamino, with a six-gun at each side, he has given us precious memorys and Happy Trails for me and you!

I do not remember which program but RR was talking and said that they had Dusty, Sandy and he guessed that if they ever had another boy, he would be called Filthy. The crowd roared with laughter!
