Hmm. I really like the action sequence in Roll on Texas Moon when Gabby rides back and forth to stop the bad guys (or maybe it was the cattle ranchers) from shooting at RR. That one was good.

I always liked the stunts Roy performs to knock bad-guys off their horses. I like the
one that he performs in one of the TV shows, I can't remeber which one, where he
pushes up on the saddle horn and kicks the two guys in the rear ends, they topple off.
I also like the one in Pals of the Golden West where he swings off the side of
the saddle, holding himself ridgid strait out, and knocks the two guys on foot right over.
Then he jumps off and goes and tackles them, man, the result of that is one hum-
dinger of a fist-fight!

You will listen to me. Listen! The Bretheren will still be looking to us, the Black Pearl, to lead. And what will they see? Frightened bilge rats aboard a derelict ship? No! No, they will see free men and freedom! And what the enemy will see is the flash of our cannons! They will hear the ring of our swords and they will know what we can do. By the sweat of our brows, and the strength of our backs, and the courage of our hearts. Gentlemen, hoist the colors.

There are so many fantastic action scenes! One of my all-time favorites, though, is the chase scene from On The Old Spanish Trail. That might very possibly be the best chase scene of all time. It's not only exciting, it's HILARIOUS!!
May God keep you smilin' down a million happy trails!

Oooh that was a good one! I thought of another one too- in Don't Fence Me In when Gabby was chasing the bad guy and he used his whip. The whole fight scene in that one was pretty good.

I have another good action sequence. It's in North of the Great Divide when RR and Stag are fighting on the raft filled with trees that are on fire.

That scene in the hangman's hotel was sooo funny! Especially with Genieve running around with a sheet over her head and scaring Cookie.

Oh, that one is the Hangman's Hotel isn't funny, it's an out-and-out SCREAM!!!!!!!!!! My dad
always acuses us of laughing hard enough to knock the house down durring that scene! Most
of us fall off our chairs too, it's really just SO DARN FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh, that's hilarious!

I just thought of something else that I find so funny about that scene as I was sitting here waiting
for the page to download. The fact that they're supposed to be snooping around quietly durring
the whole thing, and Cookie's being about as noisey as a broken engine! Roy's like, "comeon,
and be quiet" and Cookie dives through that window, CRASH! And then he's screaming, and oh dear,
what a bedlam! It's REALLY, REALLY, REALLY funny!!!!!!!!!! Probably one of the funniest
scenes ever!

Yeah, and it makes it even more funny when you think about that they were trying to sneak around! I like the big action sequence in In Old Armarillo when RR has to try to save the big water tank from crashing. Unfortuately, it crashes.
