Great job, Tonya!!! At this rate, you'll be in the 100's in a month of so!!

I've switched to The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout... LOVE! IT! If you do it, there is NO WAY you will not lose weight. The scale is going down and I'm feeling even MORE motivated to keep going!

My sister is trying to lose weight. She has one of the Biggest Loser dvds too, but I'm not sure which one. She says it's a killer on the legs. I might have to borrow it!

Good job Tonya and Mel! It is amazing how losing some pounds is such incredible motivation to lose more! That said, I had gained at my last weigh-in. Crap. Stayed on schedule and everything, but had some snow days where we were stuck in the house and I sat on my butt the whole time. This week has been better, so I'm hoping for better results when I weigh-in tomorrow.

Does anyone know how the Biggest Loser workouts compare to a Billy Blanks type? I have a BB one that I was doing, but it was so insane that I got discouraged with how impossible it was to keep up with him.

OMG! Sorry to have missed this!!

I'm a HUGE fan of the Biggest Loser DVD's!!! (Yes, I've done Billie Banks too...)
I LOVE how the BL DVD's have HEAVIER people on there!! It's not a bunch of skinny mini's who don't have anything to worry about in the first place.

I have a LOT of the BL's... I'll mail you one to try. You can't have my Last Chance Workout one though, I'm still using that this week and next week.

The workouts are easy to follow and easy enough to do.... the cardio is the part that kills me. Stick with it though, it really does work. (Never fast enough, but I always feel better afterwards.)

With that being said, I'm doing The BIggest Loser DVD 5 days a week for 30 min., Zumba 2 x a week for an hour each time, and now I've added jogging/walking to the mix. I'm feeling really motivated to get that scale to read the numbers I want it to!

I started after Xmas weighing 150. (I'm 5'4". Oops....)
As of this a.m., I weigh 146.2.
I'm going to try to focus on calories in for awhile to see how that changes things. (Hopefully I can avoid shoveling shit-tons of crap in my mouth.)

On a side note: Jack went to the vet and he's up 9.5 lbs!!! Oops. I think he and I BOTH need a bit of trimming!

Shanelle, you'll LOVE it!! It's a bit rough on the legs at first, but stick with it!
Cindy, I'll mail you one of mine to try.
